• NZ Travel plans do not renew and cannot be repurchased. If you run out of TXTs, Minutes or Data you can either choose to purchase an additional Data or Minutes Add-On or casual rates will apply for Minutes and TXTs. No casual data available on NZ Travel plans. To keep using data once your Data allowance has run out, you will need to purchase an ExtraData Add-On.
• You cannot purchase offers or Add-Ons from other One NZ Prepay plans (e.g. MyFlex Prepay) on a NZ Travel SIM.
• After your plan expires you can continue to Top Up and buy Data or Minutes Add-Ons, or choose to move to one of our other Prepay plans.
• If you change plans, any remaining Minutes, TXTs or Data within your NZ Travel plan will not be transferred.
• One NZ  Consumer Terms and Mobile Terms and Conditions apply.
• Prepay Roaming rates and Terms apply if a NZ Travel SIM is used outside of New Zealand.

ExtraMins Terms and Conditions:

• To be eligible to purchase and use the ExtraMins Add-On you must be on a NZ Travel plan.
• The ExtraMins Add-On gives you 100 Minutes to mobiles and landlines in NZ and selected international destinations.
  • Selected International destinations: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, UK, USA, Netherlands, Taiwan, and Thailand.
• The ExtraMins Add-On lasts 60 days from purchase.
• ExtraMins Minutes are to standard numbers in NZ and selected international destinations. Minutes and TXTs are for personal use only. Excludes premium and special numbers (i.e. short codes). For calls to international destinations that are not part of this Add-On and for special and premium calls, casual rates apply.
• Order of use applies: Minutes in the ExtraMins Add-On will be used before your NZ Travel plan Minutes. If you have used up all the Minutes in your ExtraMins Add-On, any calls to NZ or the selected international destinations will either be deducted from your NZ Travel plan Minutes, or if you have no remaining plan Minutes, casual rates will apply.
• If you change plans from a NZ Travel plan, you’ll lose any NZ Travel Add-Ons you have.

Casual rates:

For mobile and landline calls, some calls such as calls to 123 and other service numbers for other Network Operators may be charged at higher rates. It is your responsibility to check the applicable rate.  Calls are charged at the rate which is applicable when the call is started. There is one minute minimum charge for calls. All calls are rounded up and charged by the minute unless we tell you otherwise (e.g. if your call was for 1 minute and 40 seconds, you will be charged for 2 minutes). If you call a 0900, calling card access number, audio conference or any other special number you will be charged additional rates as published by the relevant service provider.

For text messages, a single text message has a limit of 160 standard characters. If you go over this, most devices will break the message into segments with a maximum length of 153 standard characters. You’re then charged your text message rate for each segment sent. Some character sets, such as non-English language keyboards as well as emojis and emoticons, have a 70 character limit per text message and 67 characters per segment. If your message contains special characters, such as emojis, your device may send it as a picture message (which is charged at $0.50 per PXT message), or as multiple text messages. If this happens, you’ll be charged for each of those text messages or picture messages.

ExtraData Terms and Conditions:

• To be eligible to purchase and use the ExtraData Add-On you must be on one of our NZ Travel plans.
• The ExtraData Add-On gives you 2GB of Data to use for up to 60 days from purchase.
• The ExtraData Add-On is 4G enabled. 4G not available everywhere. To use it at 4G speeds you will need to have a capable device and be in a 4G coverage area. See www.one.nz/4g/
• Order of use applies: Data in the ExtraData Add-On will be used before the data on your NZ Travel plan. If you have used up all the data in your ExtraData Add-On, any data usage will reduce the data on left on you NZ Travel plan. No casual data available on NZ Travel plans. To keep using Data once your data allowance has run out, you will need to purchase an ExtraData Add-On.
• If you change plans from a NZ Travel plan, you’ll lose any NZ Travel Add-Ons you have.
